Michael B Jordan

Black Excellence

Michael BAE Jordan and his two NAACP Image Awards.  The live event was well worth me taking the time out to watch it.  Technically it was flawless and the hosts, honorees and nominees all looked stunning.  Great job overall!

My movie of the year award goes to: Creed!

mjb men's fitnessAll I want for Christmas is Michael B. Jordan.

Besides him being on my future ex husband’s list, Michael B. Jordan, director Ryan Coogler (Fruitvale Station) and the entire cast and crew did an exceptional job on the film Creed.  Not only was it inspiring but it revamped an old classic with a completely different spin on it.  Since I can no longer watch films without picking every technical aspect of it apart (gift and a curse) one of the first OMG standout scenes for myself was the one take fight scene.  Genius!  Coogler broke down the scene and what it took to make it happen in the video below.  If you haven’t seen the film, do yourself a favor and support it because it is definitely worth every penny.
